Required:
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the State of Kansas
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Lenexa, KS
• English fluency (required)
Strongly Preferred:
• Experience in a compounding pharmacy environment (sterile and/or non-sterile)
• Knowledge of GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy, and functional
medicine
• Prior experience in a verification-focused pharmacist role
• Experience with pharmacy management systems such as Pestle Rx, Compounder Rx, or
similar platforms
• Immunization certification

Training & Onboarding:
The PV2 Verification Pharmacist will undergo an initial training period. Training will cover:
• Verification workflow and standard operating procedures
• System training on Pestle Rx, Compounder Rx, and Lifefile
• Pharmacy-specific protocols for GLP-1, HRT, and functional medicine compounding
• Compliance expectations and reporting procedures
• Quality assurance processes
Work Location & Logistics:
• Part-time, onsite position — Lenexa, KS 66215
• Scheduled days: Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Up to 20 hours per week
• Day shift (required)
