Afternoon Compounder Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Job Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our Compounding Department. We are currently hiring across multiple levels—from Assistant and Junior Compounders to experienced Compounding Leads.

In this role, you will be responsible for the precise blending and mixing of liquid ingredients to create high-quality food and supplement products. This is a technical, "hands-on" position that requires a strong focus on measurements, safety, and strict adherence to formulas.

Core Responsibilities

• Batching & Mixing: Accurately weigh, measure, and combine raw materials according to Master Batch Records (MBR).
• Equipment Operation: Operate industrial mixers, blenders, pumps, and scales; ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized (CIP/COP) between batches.
• Quality Control: Monitor temperatures, pH levels, and mixing speeds to ensure the final product meets chemical and physical specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time records of all ingredients used and steps taken during the compounding process.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all cGMP, FDA, and OSHA safety guidelines, including the proper handling of chemicals and raw materials.
• Leadership (Lead Level): Oversee the daily workflow of the compounding suite, train junior staff, and troubleshoot batch deviations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in compounding, batching, or chemical mixing (Food, Pharma, or Cosmetics preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
• Mathematical Skills: Strong ability to perform basic math and conversions (grams, liters, kilograms).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy raw materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for the duration of the shift.
