Now Hiring: Compounder (Mixing & Batching)

Starting Pay: $20โ€“$25/hr.

Location: kdc/one Groveport

Full-Time, 2nd Shift (2pm-10:30pm)

At kdc/one, we donโ€™t just make products we mix the magic that powers the top beauty and personal care brands. As a Compounder, youโ€™ll blend ingredients, fine-tune formulas, and bring bulk products to life. If youโ€™re ready to mix products and science into something beautiful, come join us!

ย What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

  • ย Stage & measure raw materials to create batches of bulk product
  • ย Operate batching tanks, mixers, and equipment to exact specifications
  • ย Conduct visual quality checks and report anything unusual
  • ย Clean and sanitize equipment to keep everything shiny and compliant
  • ย Collect in-process samples for lab testing and adjust as needed
  • ย Document everything in SAP to keep inventory squeaky clean
  • ย Partner with maintenance teams on calibrations and upkeep
  • ย Work safely in a fast-paced, wet, and chemical-friendly environment

ย What You Need:

  • High school diploma/GED (with heavy knowledge on math and reading)
  • Experience in compounding, pre-weigh, or processing? Perfect!
