Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and loves keeping things organized and running smoothly? Family Express is looking for a professional, dependable, and personable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and create a welcoming experience for employees, candidates, vendors, and guests.


This role is more than answering phones and greeting visitors. You'll be a key support partner across multiple departments, helping coordinate communication, assist with projects, manage administrative tasks, and keep the office operating efficiently day to day.


In this role, you'll:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and incoming calls
Support daily administrative operations for multiple departments
Coordinate schedules, meetings, office organization, and communication
Assist with reports, projects, and operational initiatives
Help maintain organized records, supplies, and office systems
Partner with teams across the organization to help keep operations moving smoothly

Requirements

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Must be at least 18 years of age
  •  Must have reliable transportation
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  •  Digital literacy 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

2 years in an administrative role 


MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma, GED, or the equivalent

2 year college degree

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for prolonged periods; work longer than eight (8) hour shifts, reach, climb, balance, stoop, mop, sweep, change garbage, kneel, crouch; talk and hear; taste and smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
