Job Summary
We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to join our US Communications team. This is a hands-on opportunity to build real-world experience in both internal and external communications within a collaborative and high-performing team. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of activities-from employee engagement and corporate storytelling to social media content development and event execution.
What you'll do
As a key support to the US Communications Lead, you'll contribute to a broad set of projects that bring our people, culture, and brand to life. Your time will be split across internal communications, external outreach, and content creation.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Writing and editing internal announcements, employee spotlights, and intranet articles that showcase our teams, milestones, and culture.
  • Supporting internal employee events: from brainstorming themes to organizing logistics, coordinating vendors, managing communications, and collecting feedback.
  • Updating internal resources, communication assets, and visual templates to keep our tools fresh and aligned with our brand.
  • Creating engaging content for social media channels and external newsletters that highlight our people, purpose, and products.
  • Partnering with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to amplify employer branding and employee recognition efforts.

Qualifications and need-to-know
  • You're currently enrolled in-or have recently completed-a bachelor's degree program, ideally with a focus on Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You're curious about all things communications-storytelling, engagement, branding, and digital strategy.
  • You bring energy, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.
  • You have strong writing skills and an eye for detail.
  • You're organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • You're coachable, open to feedback, and ready to learn from a team that's passionate about what they do.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required; familiarity with design or content management tools is a plus.

Employment eligibility verification will be required at the time of hire. This position does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
