Overview:
iTech AG is seeking a Marketing Communications Intern to support iTech AG's marketing team. The Marketing Communications Intern is responsible for crafting compelling content to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Additionally, the marketing communications intern will assist in social media management, internal communications initiatives, and event coordination tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic marketing environment, allowing the intern to contribute directly to the growth and success of iTech AG's brand presence.
Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content, including writing persuasive copy and developing graphics for social media posts, blog articles, and website deliverables.
  • Social Media Management: Help manage social media accounts, including creating a calendar, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
  • Internal Communications: Create corporate communications for internal messages, including employee newsletters, surveys, and company-wide announcements.
  • Event Management:Support the marketing team with event coordination, planning, and execution of company events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Sales, and Delivery to gather necessary information and insights for content creation.
  • Conduct Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to create high-quality content.
  • Special Projects: Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Current full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree (completion of freshman year is required) in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing as a team player.
