Job description

The Country Club of Colorado is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Summer Marketing & Digital Communications Intern to support our Marketing, Membership, and Events teams. This role is perfect for students interested in marketing, digital media, hospitality, or event operations who want handson experience in a dynamic privateclub environment.

As an intern, you will help maintain our digital presence, support member communications, and contribute to the success of club events and membership initiatives.

Essential Duties: 

  • Maintain and update content on the club website to ensure members have access to accurate, timely information
  • Create marketing collateral for member events, membership sales, and the onboarding process
  • Assist with dayof event support, including setup, coordination, and member engagement
  • Develop content for the weekly member eblast, including announcements, event promotions, and club highlights
  • Support the membership onboarding process by preparing materials and updating digital resources
  • Collaborate with the Membership and Events teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance member engagement and improve communication strategies
  • Provide general administrative and project support as needed

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:  

    • A student who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn
    • Strong communicator with solid writing and interpersonal skills
    • Organized, detailoriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
    • Creative thinker who enjoys design, messaging, and problemsolving
    • Interested in marketing, hospitality, digital communication, or event operations
    • Comfortable working with websites, email platforms, and basic design tools

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or related fields preferred)
    • Strong interest in marketing, digital media, and memberexperience operations
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) preferred
    • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
    • Adaptable, collaborative, and willing to learn new skills

    Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support the club’s marketing and memberexperience initiatives.
