Role: Anaplan ICM Solution Architect (Incentive Compensation Management Architect)
Description:
An ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing sales incentive compensation systems that align with business goals and drive sales performance. Experience in Anaplan ICM is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect end-to-end incentive compensation solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements from Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
Configure and implement ICM models in Anaplan (preferred and used by Customer)
Design and build models in Polaris, based on business requirements while leveraging calculations and logic from the existing, classic Anaplan models
Develop compensation plans, crediting rules, quotas, territories, and commission calculations.
Facilitate data integration between CRM, ERP, HRMS, and ICM systems and work with customer data owners to streamline ETL processes.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, auditability, and governance.
Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning.
Provide technical leadership and mentor developers and analysts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve compensation effectiveness and reporting.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of sales compensation and commission processes. Experience in building ICM/SPM models in Anaplan.
Polaris experience, as client is moving from Anaplan Classic.
SQL and general database knowledge.
Data modeling and ETL concepts.
Understanding of CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in solution architecture and system integration.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Anaplan with solid experience in building ICM models.
Anaplan Solution Architect certification preferred.
