Position Description

Position Title: Retail Marketing Manager

Reports To: E-Commerce Manager

Essential Position Responsibilities:

As part of the Jimmy Jazz Brand offense, our team is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to join our crew to help build the future of retail at Jimmy Jazz.

In this role, the candidate will drive and lead the development of all-inclusive marketing plans for doors, from flow/initiative based retail brand elements to planning and executing offline to online (O2O) marketing strategies and tactics.
The candidate should have a comprehensive grasp on the retail landscape, along with the ability to lead multiple tasks and build strong working relationships across the organization. Collaboration, brief development, project management, communication and creativity will be vital pieces of the role.
The Retail Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading the marketing team's initiatives a necessary logistical support. They will act as liaison between Digital Marketing, internal creative team, product, operations and visual teams and ensure consistent omni channel communication for all brand partnerships, seasonal campaigns and activations. The role will grow the overall marketing support, communication, production and efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop, brief and lead retail brand plans including but not limited to: retail seasonal flow and seasonal specific storytelling in partnership with the internal creative team.
  • Drive O2O marketing programs including but not limited to: integrated digital / physical brand initiatives, retail promotions, in-store experiences and events.
  • Manage all details of owned projects including communication strategy, preparing and presenting briefs, work-back schedules, creative approvals, project budget, distribution and recaps.
  • Bring seasonal retail plans to life in the communities we serve.
  • Execute all Brand & Vendor marketing plans in store campaigns planning and production
  • Work with Marketing leadership to ensure key brand partnerships success and communication
  • Manage data entry in project management software, assignments and follow up between marketing and creative teams for branded and in store campaigns
  • Establishing and own the relationship and production timelines with the internal creative team and external agencies. i.e., Printers
  • Responsible to create, develop and follow up on execution of the In-store promotional plans including development of campaigns for seasonal moments.
  • Create in store priority calendar with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Product Teams to prioritize seasonal stories to highlight in store and on-line.
  • Partner with VM Manager and in store digital Team to ensure in store execution of all in house and vendor initiatives and launches
  • Manage production and logistics of vendor and brand in store creative roll outs
  • Create monthly and bi-weekly seasonal marketing communications for stores
  • Create and send out operations directives for all marketing initiatives
  • Partner with Merch Team to align on product calendars to assist with in store signage roll outs while maintaining timing for deliverables
  • Partner with Store Ops to align on calendars and execution timeline
  • Partner with Creative Team on timeline and creative asset development as necessary
  • Generate project budget, monitor costs and work within budget for all in store roll outs
  • Partner with Product Team on all vendor launches on best door roll out for branded campaigns
  • Assist Senior Marketing Manager with all post brand recap creation
  • Manage detailed reports and calendar to include store by store availability per door per month for all available in store and digital locations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ Years Marketing Experience
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in an applicable discipline such as Business or Marketing
