Job Description Summary:
Position Responsibilities
  • Responds to all tenant inquiries and concerns while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintains positive relationships and high retention levels with all tenants. Demonstrates appropriate prioritization of problems resolution.
  • Interacts regularly with tenants and vendors to ensure that objectives are being met. Anticipates and responds to needs and concerns.
  • Prepares accurate, timely, and complete reports. Handles payables and receivables while verifying accuracy, as well as finaniclas for the department or facility.
  • Provides indirect supervision of on-site environmental service employees to ensure optimum performance. Recommends and directs alterations, maintenance and reconditioning of property as necessary.
  • Performs regular inspections of the property, while ensuring compliance of applicable healthy and safety standards including OSHA and AHCA.
  • Oversees the collection of rent, payments, etc. in compliance with leasing terms and preparations of all notices. Follows up as needed.
  • Exercises independent judgment for decisions regarding key clients/tenants/core physicians/customers and vendors needs.
  • Maintains vendor and tenant certificates of insurance and processes work orders for both in-house engineers and outside vendors.
  • Monitors contractor performance. Investigates and resolves any complaints. Meets with Engineers, Plumbers and others to handle complaints and request for repairs.
  • Assists in ensuring compliance with leasing regulations, pursuant to policies and procedures.
  • Responds to the needs of all hospital departments within facility. (Engineering, Construction, EVS, HR, Physician Practices, Accounting, etc.)
  • Manages facility, building, or combined satellite locations with 10 plus tenants or a combination including various hospital service lines, totaling 50,000sf or larger.
  • Oversees projects in tenant leased spaces and common areas.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
