Banana Bay Resort and Marina is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant and guest-focused property. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on hotel strategies, staffing plans, budgets, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor guest feedback and respond promptly to complaints, requests, or concerns.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure the property is well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
  • Assist with forecasting, inventory control, and financial reporting as required.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest-centered service throughout the hotel.
