Job description

As our Property Operations Specialist, you'll oversee the operational side of our portfolio by coordinating inspections, supporting vendors, tracking property performance, and ensuring every location is well-maintained and compliant. You'll work across multiple priorities, balancing administrative responsibilities with operational oversight to help our properties perform at their best.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate property inspections and follow up on action items.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance and recurring property services.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure work is completed to company standards.
  • Track project timelines and keep operational tasks moving forward.
  • Review invoices, maintenance expenses, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
  • Maintain organized digital records, contracts, warranties, and compliance files.
  • Assist with property turnovers by coordinating vendors, cleaning, and readiness.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Support budgeting by tracking maintenance spending and supply inventory.
  • Communicate updates with internal team members and provide timely operational reporting.

Qualifications:
