HireQuest Direct is seeking a driven, people-focused Business Development professional to expand our footprint and deliver workforce solutions to contractors who need reliable crews right now. You’ll be offering a service that solves real, everyday challenges for construction leaders.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and nurture relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and job site leaders
  • Make regular inperson visits to job sites and client offices
  • Win new accounts and grow existing partnerships
  • Work closely with operations to ensure job site coverage and exceptional service
  • Manage a territory and book of business with independence—start and end your day from home once trained
  • Attend industry networking events: golf tournaments, clay shoots, association meetings, lunch & learns, etc.
