The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily pruning and removal operations, supporting crew development, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily scheduling and logistics for pruning and removal crews
  • Clearly communicate job expectations, safety standards, and timelines to field crews
  • Support the General Manager with production planning and crew assignments
  • Ensure jobs are completed efficiently while upholding Canopy Service Partners’ quality standards
  • Assist with equipment coordination, maintenance, and repairs
  • Manage materials, tools, and supply needs for production crews
  • Respond promptly to job-site challenges and operational issues
  • Monitor production progress and help keep crews on schedule
  • Maintain job tracking and reporting using company software
  • Support training and development of field employees
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the arboriculture or tree care industry preferred
  • Experience with tree pruning and removals
  • Leadership or operations coordination experience preferred
  • Familiarity with production scheduling or job coordination is a plus
  • Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Business, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and desire to be part of a high-performing team
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with both field teams and leadership
  • Ability to take ownership and follow through on responsibilities
  • Passion for the tree care industry and continuous improvement
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Class A CDL, CTSP, or ISA Certified Arborist certifications are a plus
