Fellowship: Preferred

What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WA only

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60-90 days. Clean history can qualify for expedited privileges.

Seeking two (two) midwives to cover a need

Call Coverage, sequestered hospital shifts on L&D IN HOUSE

Call shift 0700-0700. On site, no callback

Support staff includes laborist, OBGYN from same OP practice is also on L&D for sequestered shifts - 24 hrs/day

1 laborist, 1 OBGYN, 1 CNM every 24 hour shift

Full scope L&D plus SFA as necessary for C-sections
