About the Position
The Client Operations Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts the needs of our advertiser clients first. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring our clients achieve their desired marketing outcomes utilizing Cardytics products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to sales, strong analytical skills, a passion for marketing and technology, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Cardlytics is seeking a Client Operations Manager to join our team, reporting to the Manager, Client Operations
You will:
  • Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders on the partnership & customer success teams, ensuring that campaigns for our advertisers and/or publishers launch on time and accurately
  • Become an expert on the campaign operations of CDLX, acting as a trusted resource of operational knowledge for internal stakeholders
  • Engage cross-functionally and at times directly with clients to ensure that our campaigns run properly and generate the results that our clients are looking for

You have:
  • 2+ years of Campaign Management experience within the marketing/advertising landscape
  • Experience within CLO is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to build trust with both internal and external partners
  • Extremely high attention to detail in order to ensure the highest level of performance possible on our campaigns

You are:
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and able to work independently with purpose and urgency
  • A strong problem solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Someone with a passion for managing and growing client relationships to help them achieve their goals

Technical Environment
We primarily use macOS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). While our preferred platform is macOS, we support both macOS and Windows. Familiarity with or willingness to work within this environment is required.
