How You’ll Make an Impact 

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive the care and attention they deserve. You’ll lead the renewal process, working closely with colleagues to deliver tailored solutions on time. You’ll also build strong relationships with clients, becoming their go-to person for advice and support.  

Here’s what you’ll do:  

  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide the right solutions.  
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth account management.  
  • Support Producers and Account Executives to deliver excellent service.  
  • Travel occasionally to meet clients and strengthen relationships. 

About You

You’re a people person who loves solving problems and building relationships. You’re organized, proactive, and ready to make a difference. Here’s what you’ll bring:  

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years in client service or claims management).  
  • A producer’s license (or willingness to obtain one).  
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.  
  • A knack for using technology to stay productive and deliver quality work. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
