Seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage day-to-day business operations while supporting the company's continued growth in the U.S. market. COO will report to CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across US Branch
  • Lead operational planning, budgeting, processes, and organizational infrastructure
  • Partner with executive leadership on business strategy and execution
  • Manage cross-functional teams and improve operational efficiency
  • Oversee HR, finance, administration, legal/compliance coordination, and vendor relationships
  • Support major artist, production, and business initiatives
  • Serve as a key liaison between US Branch and global headquarters

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive operations or business leadership experience
  • Strong experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional operations
  • Entertainment, media, music, or related industry experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working within a global or multinational organization preferred
  • Bilingual in English & Korean
