Job description

Join our Asset & Wealth Management Events Team and make a direct impact on client engagement and business growth. As an Asset & Wealth Management Tickets Vice President, you will leverage your project management and communication skills to deliver exceptional client experiences and support our brand. This role offers opportunities for career growth, collaboration, and exposure to global events.


As an Asset & Wealth Management Tickets Vice President in the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Events Team, you will partner with Sponsorship Events leadership and manage select global ticketed opportunities. You will coordinate with team members, maximize ticket allocations, and ensure compliance with client entertainment guidelines. Your work will help strengthen client relationships and drive business results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic use of ticket allocations for client events and entertainment to support business goals
  • Partner with AWM Marketing and other business areas to maximize ticket allocations for sponsored opportunities
  • Review and recommend strategic opportunities to Event Sponsorships leadership
  • Oversee allocation details, RSVP tracking, attendance reporting in approved systems, and executive reporting
  • Collaborate with Business partners to ensure compliance with client entertainment guidelines
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Process ticket-related invoices and expenses
  • Order and ship supplies, distribute briefing memos, and manage branded collateral for VIP ticket events
  • Support the AWM Events Team on event opportunities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in events, ticket management, and project management
  • Strategic thinker and creative problem solver
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to liaise with senior leadership and high-profile clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player who interacts effectively with peers, partners, management, and clients
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to shifting business priorities
  • Knowledge of internal rules and regulations concerning client entertainment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to travel, work long hours, and weekends as needed
