Job description

Job Description Business Development Rep North Dallas Our client, a 30-year Dallas-based IT staffing and workforce solutions leader (4x Inc. 5000 honoree), is hiring a Sr. Business Development Rep to drive new-client growth across IT staffing, contract, and SOW/project-based services.

What You'll Do Proactively identify and close new business across IT staffing and workforce solutions accounts. Build relationships with technology leaders through sponsored networking events, conferences, and client entertainment. Drive consistent pipeline through cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound calling.

What You Bring 4+ years of business development experience in IT staffing or workforce solutions. A proven record of winning new logos - not just managing existing accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; comfort with cold outreach.

Ability to travel periodically (~2 days/month) and attend evening networking/client events. What's In It For You Base salary + uncapped, tiered commission. Total comp up to $150K+ for strong performers; top producers have earned $200K-$350K.

Strong brand with heavy investment in networking events that put you directly in front of decision-makers. Hybrid schedule plus a performance-based Early Friday program. Health insurance, $150/month tech reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and a company laptop.

Annual President's Club trip for top performers.
