About the role
We're building a new, company-wide Marketing team at Atmosphere TV, led by our SVP of Marketing, spanning Branding, Events, PR, Creative, and Social Media, with Events as a core pillar of the function.
Atmosphere TV activates at events year-round, spanning trade shows, industry summits, client entertainment, tentpole activations, and everything in between. These events are central to how we grow our business, deepen relationships, and put our brand in front of the people who matter most to us.
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our small and ambitious Marketing and Events team. Supporting events for our GTM teams that are nationwide, this role is key in pre-planning, onsite support, behind the scenes organization, and post-event reviews. This role entails occasional travel, and assistance in onsite setup and breakdown of event resources.
This is an opportunity to take on meaningful ownership early in your career, with a clear path to grow into broader areas of marketing.
This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Marketing & Events, and is based out of our Austin, TX HQ office.
What you'll do
  • Support planning and execution of events across sales teams and cross-functional partners, including trade shows, industry summits, client entertainment, and tentpole activations
  • Coordinate event logistics such as vendor communication, budget tracking, and shipping of materials
  • Keep the team organized with event administration, including pre and post event briefings and tracking details
  • Support pre and post event marketing efforts, including; event collateral, invitations, and follow-up communication
  • Capture photo and video content at events for marketing and social use
  • Support planning and execution of internal team events and culture initiatives
  • Pitch in on general marketing projects as needed, with interest in areas like social media, PR, or branding

Qualifications

  • Prior internship or early career experience in marketing, events, or communications
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ex. Asana), CRM's (ex. SalesForce), design tools (ex. Canva), and Google Workspace or MS Office.
  • Curiosity about AI tools that can speed up workflows and accelerate learning in the role
  • Interest in media, entertainment, or streaming TV
