Our Las Vegas cluster, featuring 96.3 KKLZ (Classic Hits), 102.7 KCYE Coyote Country, 107.9 KVGS (Hot AC), 105.7 KOAS (Bilingual Hispanic AC), and Alternative Rock KXTE-FM,  is one of the strongest multi-format radio groups in Southern Nevada. We are entering an exciting new chapter under fresh market leadership and are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.

What You'll Do
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a team of business development executives, setting performance expectations and holding regular pipeline reviews
  • Model best-in-class sales behaviors and serve as a mentor for developing talent
  • Partner closely with the Market Manager to execute on revenue strategy and hit cluster goals
Sales & Revenue
  • Develop customized, multi-platform proposals that deliver measurable ROI for advertisers
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue budgets
Market Presence
  • Build strong relationships within the Las Vegas business community
  • Represent Beasley at local events, networking functions, and client entertainment opportunities
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital advertising solutions


What You Bring
  • 3–6 years of media sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring capacity
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in broadcast radio, digital media, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising products including programmatic display, SEM/SEO, streaming audio, and social media
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and digital reporting platforms (Google Analytics a plus)
  • Deep knowledge of or strong ties to the Las Vegas market preferred
