Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
· Understand client workforce needs and provide tailored staffing solutions
· Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and report performance metrics
· Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize profitability and satisfaction
· Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality candidate placements

Requirements Business Development Manager
