An established and rapidly growing Commercial General Contractor is seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand relationships and drive future growth throughout the Central Florida market.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial construction background who enjoys networking, building relationships, and identifying new opportunities. The company offers a supportive, entrepreneurial culture with leadership that values collaboration, growth, and employee success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and industry partners
  • Identify and pursue new commercial construction opportunities
  • Attend networking events, industry meetings, and client presentations
  • Support long-term growth initiatives and pipeline development
  • Help strengthen brand presence throughout Central Florida

Qualifications

  • Commercial construction industry experience required
