Today, we operate two full-service medical facilities and four mobile medical units, delivering comprehensive care across our community. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Operations Officer (COO) who will ensure our clinics deliver exceptional, efficient, and compliant care—every day, for every patient.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands that operational excellence is not just a job.
Job SummaryThe Chief Operations Officer (COO) plays a critical role in ensuring our clinics deliver high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, the COO drives performance across service lines, ensuring strong outcomes in:
Patient access and experienceStaff and provider engagement
Operational efficiency
Regulatory complianceOrganizational growth and sustainabilityThe COO will lead system-wide initiatives, strengthen operational consistency, and support the expansion of services to meet community needs.
Key Responsibilities
A. Operational Leadership3, Establish systems that support consistent, high-quality patient experiences
Compliance and Regulatory OversightExperience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare administration with a focus on operational leadership, ideally within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or rural clinic setting.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Clinical licensure with operational experience is also acceptable.
Physical Requirements: This role involves standard office activities, including the ability to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. Must be comfortable working with typical office technology.
