Elsstaffing.com is building a candidate pool for a Chief Operations Office for a large Immigration Law Firm. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Operations Officer anywhere in the country that is willing to work in a hybrid in-office/remote capacity in the Midwest.

As the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the firm, including managing the day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, and ensuring the firm's compliance with all legal and ethical standards. You will work closely with the firm's partners and other key stakeholders to develop and execute the firm's strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all operational aspects of the firm, including managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, and ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

- Collaborate with the firm's partners and other key stakeholders to develop and execute the firm's strategic goals and objectives.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
