Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work closely with the CEO in driving strategic growth and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused executive who has successfully built operational processes, led high-performing teams, and scaled B2B businesses.


The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming strategy into execution while ensuring operational efficiency across all business functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to execute the company's strategic vision.

  • Build, implement and optimise operational processes and business systems.

  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional performance.

  • Drive operational excellence, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop KPIs, monitor performance and implement data-driven decision making.

  • Manage budgets, resources and operational planning.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and effective corporate governance.

  • Lead organisational development, recruitment and talent management.


Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent Arabic speaker (essential).

  • Portuguese language skills would be a distinct advantage.

  • Egyptian nationals are preferred; however, applications from all nationalities are welcome.

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a senior operational leadership or executive management role.

  • Proven experience building operational processes and business infrastructure from the ground up.
