Job description

Position Title: Chief Operating Officer
The Chief Operating Officer will lead the team, develop strategic plans, and ensure that all departments function effectively. The position requires a deep understanding of the legal industry, as well as financial acumen to manage billing and key performance indicators. This role is essential for driving the business forward and overseeing all operational aspects within the organization. Candidates must be adaptable and prepared to navigate the complexities of a dynamic work environment. The first 90 days will focus on acclimating to the business and formulating a comprehensive business plan. This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker to make a significant impact on the firm's growth and culture.
Salary Range: $175,000 - $300,000 / Year DOE
Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all operations and lead the team to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement a business plan within the first 90 days
  • Identify operational pain points and propose effective solutions
  • Understand the functions of all departments and ensure they align with business objectives
  • Manage direct reports and foster a collaborative work environment

Chief Operating Officer Requirements:
