This is a Direct Hire role with remote flexibility and requires to be onsite a few days a week on average in the Des Moines area office.

As the COO & EOS Integrator, you are the operational leader responsible for turning vision into results. You ensure the business runs effectively day-to-day while aligning people, priorities, and execution to achieve company goals. What you will be doing as a COO & Integrator ..

Drive execution of the business plan across all functions, ensuring priorities are clear, owned, and completed Own company-wide performance, including P&L accountability, operational health, and key business outcomes Lead, coach, and hold leaders accountable to deliver results and follow through on commitments Serve as the bridge between vision and execution, translating strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes Identify and remove obstacles that limit performance by aligning people, processes, and resources Act as the tie-breaker and decision driver to maintain momentum and resolve cross-functional challenges Implement and reinforce the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), ensuring consistent use of tools such as: V/TO (Vision/Traction Organizer) Level 10 Meetings Scorecards, Rocks, and IDS Establish and maintain operating rhythms that connect daily execution to long-term strategy and financial results Ensure effective, transparent communication across the organization to drive alignment and accountability Oversee continuous improvement and adoption of core processes to enhance scalability and consistency Partner with the CEO to ensure the right people are in the right seats and the organization is structured for success Skills you ideally bring to the table as a COO & Integrator ... Comes with a background or understanding of IT or other high tech services Experience leading and growing teams of 60 or more indirect reports Proven experience leading multi-functional operations off 60 or more employees with clear, measurable business outcomes Experience overseeing teams within Sales, Marketing, Operations and Accounting Strong P&L ownership and a deep understanding of financial drivers of performance for a business revenue size of $35M+ A track record of building accountability, developing leaders, and driving execution across teams The ability to align teams, clarify priorities, and turn decisions into action Excellent communication skills with a talent for creating clarity and organizational alignment Experience scaling operations, improving processes, and increasing organizational maturity A high level of ownership, sound judgment, and a bias toward action EOS Integrator experience is preferred but not required Experience working in or leading within an EOS-run organization Prior experience as an Integrator or similar operational leadership role Familiarity with EOS tools and disciplines (Level 10s, Rocks, Scorecards, IDS, Accountability Charts) Ability and willingness to learn and reinforce EOS principles and ensure they drive real results-not just activity Saige Partners, one of the fastest growing technology and talent companies in the Midwest, believes in people with a passion to help them succeed.
