Job description

CUI AGENCY

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER / INTEGRATOR

Are you a leader who builds trust by listening first, asking good questions, and taking the time to understand people? Do you love developing leaders, helping people recognize their potential, and watching them grow into greater ownership and impact? Are you energized by fast growth, big goals, and the opportunity to help a team move from simply getting the work done to thinking bigger about what is possible? If you are a driven, thoughtful leader who cares about people, thinks ahead, and wants to help build something great, we want to talk to you!

Our ideal Chief Operating Officer / Integrator is:

  • Proactive, prepared, and one step ahead. You see what needs to happen, ask the right questions, and get moving before someone has to tell you.
  • A person who brings the whole picture together. You understand the why, know what matters most, and help people see the clearest path forward.
  • A true coach and mentor. You meet people where they are, recognize their potential, and help them grow into greater ownership and impact.
  • Hands-on and process-minded. You are willing to get into the weeds, help solve the problem, and create a better way of working for the future.
  • Curious and open to change. You keep up with the industry, bring new ideas, and care about finding what will work best for the people and the business.
  • Direct, diplomatic, and willing to have the conversation. You give constructive feedback, address problems early, and stand up for what is right.
  • Accountable and team-oriented. You own your mistakes, share the credit, support people when they are not in the room, and help everyone row in the same direction.

Our ideal Integrator will join us during an exciting new chapter. With more growth, more opportunity, and a leadership team invested in the future, we are ready for a people-centric leader to help us grow, develop our leaders, and execute on our vision!

  • Create a leadership team that is aligned, cohesive, accountable, and rowing in the same direction

  • Develop leaders who bring greater judgment, accountability, and responsibility to the business
  • Establish the right people in the right seats, with the organizational structure and leadership capacity needed for continued growth
  • Create an EOS operating rhythm that keeps priorities clear, goals visible, and commitments moving through L10s and consistent follow-through
  • Build the people, processes, technology, and playbooks required to support a larger, more complex, and more profitable company
  • Make systems and technology decisions that improve effectiveness now and serve CUI well for years to come
  • Maintain clear visibility into financial performance, profitability, and the business decisions shaping growth
  • Strengthen coordination across sales, service, finance, HR, and other functions as CUI continues to grow
  • Preserve CUI's culture and core values while making the organization more consistent, accountable, and capable
  • Advance CUI's organic, internal, external, and acquisition growth goals
  • Complete important cross-functional priorities, including benefits integration, systems improvements, and other company-wide initiatives

** This is a full-time, in-person role based in Murray, UT.**
