Chief Operations Officer Special Strong
Integrator | Operator | Team Leader

Own the operations of a fast-scaling national franchise brand.
Special Strong is expanding rapidly and preparing to scale from 25 to 100+ locations within the next 12 years. Were hiring a COO/EOS Integrator who can run day-to-day operations, strengthen systems, improve unit economics, and align the entire organization for high-speed growth.
This role is for a buildersomeone who can turn strategy into execution, elevate performance across departments, and make the brand acquisition-ready.
Compensation

  • Base Salary: $150,000 annually ($12,500/month)
  • Performance Bonuses: Added on top of salary, tied to growth, operational KPIs, and systemwide performance.
What Youll Lead

  • Build and execute operational strategies that drive scale and profitability
  • Oversee operations, training, compliance, supply chain, and franchisee support
  • Implement systems, processes, and technology that improve efficiency
  • Own KPI management, performance reviews, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Ensure brand standards, legal requirements, and operational protocols are followed
  • Partner with marketing and development for new market launches and onboarding
  • Coach and develop senior leaders; create a culture of accountability and results
  • Drive cost control, system improvements, and data-driven decision-making
  • Support franchise owners with strong communication, trust, and high-level guidance
