Aspire Fine Homes

Director of Operations (EOS Integrator)

Location: Houston, TX | On-Site

Build the Systems and Leadership Structure Behind Exceptional Homes

Aspire Fine Homes is a Houston-based luxury custom home builder creating architect-designed homes in some of the area's most desirable neighborhoods. With a streamlined, transparent process and a commitment to craftsmanship, client experience, and guaranteed pricing, Aspire helps homeowners turn their vision into a finished home that feels effortless, personal, and elevated.

Aspire Fine Homes is looking for a Director of Operations (EOS Integrator) to serve as the operational right-hand to the Owner/Visionary. This person will lead the company's day-to-day execution across construction operations, project management, scheduling, administration, field execution, and client experience. The right candidate is not just someone who can manage an existing system; they are someone who wants to build the machine, create structure, improve accountability, and help scale a strong custom homebuilding company with discipline and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the leadership team with clarity, consistency, and high expectations.
  • Hold team members accountable to company goals, KPIs, priorities, and core values.
  • Oversee company operations across office, field, construction, project management, scheduling, and administration.
  • Improve systems, workflows, and processes to reduce friction, increase efficiency, and support scalable growth.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Aspire's quality and client experience standards.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, quarterly planning, scorecards, Rocks, and issue resolution using EOS/Traction principles.
  • Work with ownership to review budgets, project margins, labor performance, forecasting, and operational profitability.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing leaders across departments.
  • Strengthen accountability systems and ensure the "Right People, Right Seats" philosophy is actively maintained.
  • Bring structure, follow-through, and operational discipline to a fast-moving luxury construction environment.

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of operational leadership, management, or executive-level experience.
  • Construction experience strongly preferred; residential custom homebuilding or commercial construction experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build systems, improve operations, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, project execution, construction operations, budgets, and field coordination.
  • Experience with EOS/Traction is strongly preferred.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Comfortable partnering closely with a visionary owner and turning ideas into clear execution.
  • Calm under pressure, confident in making decisions, and able to hold the line with professionalism.
  • Must reside in the Houston metropolitan area or be able to relocate prior to employment.

Pay and Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 Employment
  • Base Salary: $120,000-$180,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and leadership background.
  • Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation tied to company and individual performance goals.
  • Company-paid employee health insurance.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Leadership growth opportunity as Aspire Fine Homes scales.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required based on project and leadership needs.

Why Aspire Fine Homes

Aspire Fine Homes is a small, established, high-integrity team with big growth goals. The company currently builds luxury custom homes in the $2M-$4M range and is preparing to grow with the right systems, leadership, and operational discipline in place. This is an opportunity to work directly with the owner, shape the company's next chapter, and create the structure that allows a respected Houston builder to scale without losing quality, culture, or client trust. If you love operations, accountability, and building something that lasts, this is the role for you.
