They typically work under the supervision of experienced chefs and kitchen staff, learning various cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen operations. Chef Interns may assist with tasks such as prepping ingredients, plating dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and following food safety protocols. • Menu development: Collaborate in designing seasonal and event-specific menus, offering a creative approach to classic cuisine with a modern twist.
  • Team management: Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Operational excellence: Participate in hands-on food preparation, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
  • Event and banquet support: Assist with the execution of special events, private functions, and banquets.
  • Culinary intern program: Support the development and training of culinary interns, helping shape the next generation of talent.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in both written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Fine-dining experience with knowledge of regional and global culinary trends.
  • Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation on Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.

Benefits
  • Relocation:
    • TN Visa sponsorship for qualified candidates from Mexico and Canada.
    • One-way flight from home city to the U.S.
    • Temporary housing and transportation provided during the first three months of employment.

  • General:

    • PTO of 40 hours during the first year and increasing year by year.
    • Comprehensive insurance plans available.
