Job Summary

Join the Property Marketing team at Marina Bay Sands and help bring one of the world's most iconic destinations to life.

As a Property Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of luxury hospitality, award-winning dining, cultural experiences, attractions and entertainment offerings. Working alongside experienced marketers, you will contribute to campaigns that engage audiences locally and globally, helping shape how millions of guests experience Marina Bay Sands.

Unlike a traditional marketing internship, this role offers the opportunity to work across multiple industries within a single destination, from luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants to blockbuster exhibitions, international theatre productions and destination-wide events.

The Property Marketing team consists of four specialist clusters:

Experiences

The Experiences team develops and markets Marina Bay Sands' signature events, partnerships and destination-wide campaigns.

From major entertainment moments and cultural celebrations to collaborations featuring globally recognised artists and talent such as Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga, the team helps create the iconic experiences that define Marina Bay Sands as a world-class destination.

Hospitality

The Hospitality team is responsible for marketing Marina Bay Sands' luxury hotel, one of the most iconic hospitality brands in Singapore and globally.

Beyond hotel experiences, the team also oversees wellness programming, premium guest experiences and the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, one of Asia's leading destinations for international conventions, exhibitions and business events. The portfolio also includes Marina Bay Sands' iconic nightlife and lifestyle offerings, from world-renowned venues such as Marquee Singapore, helping shape how guests experience the property after dark.

Culture

The Culture team oversees Marina Bay Sands' cultural and experiential offerings, including ArtScience Museum, Sands Theatre and iconic attractions such as SkyPark and Sampan Rides.

You will have the opportunity to support campaigns for internationally acclaimed exhibitions and globally recognised entertainment IPs, from The World of Studio Ghibli and teamLab experiences to award-winning productions such as Hamilton, Les Miserables and other world-class theatrical performances.

F&B

The F&B team manages marketing for Marina Bay Sands' portfolio of nearly 20 signature dining concepts, ranging from Michelin-starred restaurants and celebrity chef destinations to vibrant lifestyle dining experiences.

You will gain exposure to campaigns featuring some of the world's most celebrated culinary personalities and restaurant brands, helping bring unforgettable dining experiences to guests from around the world.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Marina Bay Sands' diverse portfolio of hospitality, culture, dining, entertainment and lifestyle offerings.

  • Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will contribute to content development, campaign activations, events, partnerships and production shoots, while gaining exposure to audience insights, marketing strategy and project management.

  • From on-ground experiences and destination-wide campaigns to internationally recognised brands, artists, productions and chefs, you will play a hands-on role in bringing world-class experiences to life and shaping how audiences engage with one of the world's most iconic destinations.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Arts, or a related field

Experience

  • No experience required as training will be provided
