Title: Payroll Manager

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 + ~10% discretionary bonus

Location: Rockland, MA (100% onsite)

• Process weekly multi state payroll for a high volume workforce
• Manage certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance
• Review payroll for accuracy prior to submission through Paychex
• Maintain payroll records, employee changes, deductions, and tax compliance
• Prepare payroll reconciliations, reporting, and partner with accounting and operations

Payroll Manager Qualifications:
• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Construction payroll experience required
• Certified payroll and prevailing wage experience
• Experience processing multi state payroll internally
• Strong Excel and payroll systems experience; Paychex experience is a plus
