  • Assist with weekly payroll processing for approximately 875 employees across multiple states.
  • Review employee time records for accuracy, proper job coding, labor allocations, and prevailing wage compliance.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Accounting, and Operations personnel to resolve payroll-related issues and ensure accurate labor reporting.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail in all work performed.
  • Contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
  • Demonstrate dependability through regular attendance and adherence to scheduled work hours.
  • Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.

  • Experience with payroll software and ERP systems used in construction environments preferred.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.

This full-time Certified Payroll Specialist position receives a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities.
