Experience:
  • Consulting experience huge plus
  • Prosci certification required
  • CCMP strongly preferred
  • Extensive experience with large scale business transformation projects (e.g., ERP implementations)
  • Experience developing change strategies and plans applying the Prosci methodology (be a Prosci expert)

Deliverables:
  • Develop all communications and SharePoint content
  • Lead change management network and meetings
  • Project status reporting
  • Executive status reporting/material
  • Sponsor coalition
  • All change mgmt. plans
  • Oversee training logistics and flawless execution of training program
