Remote - Need to come onsite when required
Required Skills:
Minimum three (3) years' experience in implementing OCM, for IT system implementations, using the Proscj ®/ADKAR® or equivalent OCM framework with a minimum of 3,000 users.
Minimum three (3) years' experience performing training duties related to an IT project.
Minimum one (1) year's experience as the OCM Lead on an IT project(s) implementing the Contractor's COTS/MOTS.
Current Prosci® certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). (Please provide copy)
Possession of a *Bachelor's degree. (Need copy of Bachelor degree)
