Credence has an immediate opening for a Manpower and Personnel Analyst at the journeyman level to support the F-35 WJ Directorate (AFLCMC/WJ) in Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The AFLCMC/WJ directorate contains the ALFCMC airmen that support the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) mission. This support is across all disciplines to include program management, engineering, and logistics. The support is provided at a variety of locations including Wright Patterson AFB, National Capital Region, Hill AFB, Fort Worth TX, and Tinker AFB. One mission within AFLCMC/WJ is the Lightning Support Center (LSC). The LSC is the F-35 JPO's sustainment execution authority, providing support for the F-35 global fleet, including United States' services, international partners, foreign military sales (FMS) aircraft. LSC comprises six functional areas focused on warfighter readiness requirements: logistics capability delivery, sustainment supply, maintenance modifications, support equipment, business operations, and global fleet operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: Assist with management functions, processes, and analytical methods to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by the directorate. Assist by drawing conclusions and devising solutions to situations relating to organizational structures and resource requirements, utilization, or control. Provide assistance determining short-range and long-range functional manning requirements. Assist in the evaluation and analysis of disciplines and related specialized skill requirements for changing programs and missions at the directorate and divisional levels. Assist with briefing representatives to explain human resource issues. Assist in tracking directorate personnel manning and preparing organization charts. Apprise the Government human resource team of the location of spreadsheets, databases, briefing materials, and documentation generated in the performance of management analyst support functions. Assist with updating and creating directorate organization charts utilizing RMIS and other charting formats. Assist with briefing monthly status information to the director. Support development of the Manpower Requirements Package (MRP), Manpower Travel Data Sheet (MTDS), and Security Assistance Manpower Requirements System (SAMRS). Assist with planning, organization, and control of FMS case requirements, as well as future sustainment support. Provide support to establish and implement periodic training to ensure all Foreign Military Sales personnel understand the different categories of manpower and the importance of performing work in accordance with their position. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Life Cycle of Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
