Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst, Need to Live in Baltimore, MD Area
As the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst, you will be responsible for driving and managing the Change Management efforts for our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and organizational changes by creating and implementing effective Change Management strategies. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Change Management principles and best practices. You must be willing to travel up to 50-75%, depending on client requirements. This is a Hybrid position with some Onsite required.
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Change Management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify key stakeholders, understand the change landscape, and evaluate the organization's capacity for change.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate Change Management activities into project plans.
- Design and deliver Change Management and communication initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and informational materials.
- Serve as a Change Management advisor to senior leaders and project sponsors, providing guidance and support to drive successful change initiatives.
- Identify and manage potential resistance to change, developing strategies to address and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Change Management activities, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting the adoption of Change Management best practices and methodologies.
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field from an accredited institution; a master's degree is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives within complex organizations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement tactically.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel up to 50-75%, depending on client requirements.
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst Preferred Skills:
- Experience with organizational Change Management in the context of technology implementations and digital transformations.
- Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of organizational development and design, including experience with restructuring and aligning organizations to strategic goals.
- Knowledge of diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business results and outcomes.
