Join the Nalley Consulting team as Collection Requirements Manager in metro Washington, D.C . Position: Collection Requirements Manager (CRM) with IT focus Location: Pentagon Required experience: Senior level Desired education: Bachelor's degree and CCMP-F Certification Clearance requirements: TS/SCI; willingness to take CI poly. Responsibilities: Collection Requirements Managers (CRMs) within the Defense Collection management Enterprise (DCME) Tools, Capabilities, and Modernization Branch (CDCM-4B) coordinate with end users across the CCMDs, Services, and CSAs to identify CM-related capability requirements, and act as the voice of the customer with DIA/CIO software development teams in order to improve the effectiveness of collection management applications.

CRMs provide subject matter expertise to the DCME and DIA leadership on collection management capabilities, IT architecture, software development, acquisition program management, and data integration and interoperability. Desired Skills and Knowledge * Demonstrates knowledge of Collection Management tools which support research and multi-INT requirements management (IMM, CRATE, GIMS, UEE, NMRS, OSCAR-MS, CHROME, and COUGAR) and ISR operations at the Combatant Commands * Education and/or experience in Information Technology or Joint Capability Development * CCMP-F Certification Representative Tasks * Review user-submitted requirements in the application's feedback queue, email, phone calls, face-to-face communications, etc. * Ensure thorough understanding of submitted requirements, including and supported business processes, through discussion with the customer and CIO-2 application SMEs.

* Provide project-specific input to weekly branch updates and Weekly Activity Reports * Assist with planning and participate in the Advanced Technologies Working Group (ATWG) * In coordination with DIA/CIO-2, provide a short (3-5 minutes) update on assigned application(s), including new requirements, development milestones, associated schedules, and other pertinent items of interest * Develop (or update) Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) for new versions of the application(s) * Attend DIA/CIO-2 Program Reviews * Perform and coordinate functional testing for accreditation and acceptance of application versions. * Provide briefings/demonstrations of application functionality * Participate in development meetings (Sprints), working groups, and Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs).
