Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance! *This position requires TS/SCI* Responsibilities: Technical * Collaborate with analysts and consumers (to include Acquisition stakeholders) to identify and document specific intelligence needs aligned with program objectives and acquisition phases. * Shape Production Requirements in support of Army customers and submit requests to Community On-Line Intelligence System for End-Users and Managers (COLISEUM) for intelligence production * Crosswalk consumer intelligence requirements with collection requirements to emphasize existing collection requirements and identify need for new requirements development * Collaborate with stakeholders across the Army Offices (Army HUMINT Operations Center, Army CI Operations Center, Army Security Office, Army GEOINT Office, Army Cryptologic Office and Army OSINT Office) and analysis and production centers (to include the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) and Army CI Command Directorate of Intelligence) to coordinate collection requirements for PCMB focus areas * Submit and monitor PCMB requests to the NSA Customer Service Request Portal * Coordinate analyst-collector-consumer engagements to support PCMB partnerships and integration to advance intelligence and security support to the priorities * Track all PCMB Due Outs and develop and monitor tasks in ETMS2 for PCMB actions and initiatives. * Disseminate intelligence products to relevant stakeholders in a secure and timely manner, utilizing appropriate formats and communication channels. * Evaluate the effectiveness of intelligence support and solicit feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve processes and products. Administrative * Provide administrative support to the Protection and Collection Management Board (PCMB) 1-2 Star Forum, PCMB Executive Steering Group (3 Star Forum), and Protection and Collection Management Working Groups (PCMWG) (O6/GG15/Action Officer) forums to ensure successful execution of the events * Identify and secure suitable venues for PCMB forums, working groups and analyst-collector-customer engagements, considering size, location, and technical requirements. * Coordinate dates, times, and room layouts with the venue. * Arrange for necessary on-site facilities and services, including security and audio-visual equipment. * Organize the secure transport of all conference materials, including classified documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant security protocols. * Coordinate the receipt and storage of materials at the venue. * Ensure the safe return or proper disposal of materials post-conference. * Coordinate with security personnel to ensure all visitors are granted appropriate access in a timely manner. * Collaborate with speakers and presenters to assemble high-quality PowerPoint presentations. * Ensure all presentations are formatted consistently and meet any specific content or security guidelines. * Set up and test video teleconferencing capabilities for each session of the PCMB conference, PCM WG and PCMB Executive Steering Group, ensuring remote participation is seamless and effective. Qualifications: * Must have active TS/SCI clearance. * Minimum Experience: At least 5 years' experience as a Certified Collection Management Professional (CCMP) or at least 5 years' experience performing in a Collection Management role. Collection Management experience must be within 2 years of accepting this position. Must have at least 12 years' experience in the intelligence community. * Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree; Graduate from the Command General Staff College or Service equivalent.
