Job description

Razzari Auto Centers is growing, and we are actively seeking an experienced Used Car Manager to lead and scale our pre-owned operations at Razzari Nissan and Razzari Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for inventory acquisition, valuation strategy, turn management, and profitability across two rooftops.

Position Overview

The Used Car Manager will oversee all aspects of used vehicle inventory, including sourcing, appraisals, merchandising, and inventory performance. The ideal candidate has proven dealership-level experience purchasing used vehicles and understands how to drive gross while maintaining disciplined inventory turn.

Required Experience

  • Prior dealership experience buying used cars
  • Strong background in auction purchasing and online acquisition platforms
  • Proven success managing inventory turn and front-end gross
  • Expertise in trade appraisals and market-based pricing strategy
  • Knowledge of vAuto or similar inventory management tools
  • Strong leadership and desking collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire quality inventory through auctions, trades, street purchases, and digital platforms
  • Maintain optimal inventory mix and aging control
  • Set pricing strategy based on real-time market data
  • Partner with Sales Managers to maximize profitability and volume
  • Monitor and manage recon budgets and time-to-front-line
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust acquisition strategy accordingly
