POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and highly organized Brand Ambassador & Marketing Manager to help grow and represent our brand within the automotive and enthusiast community. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely lives and breathes car culture - from weekend car shows and enthusiast events to digital storytelling and brand building.

This position will lead brand awareness initiatives, oversee training and education programs, manage digital platforms, and serve as the face of the brand at automotive events and within the community.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Ownership & Strategy

    o Own and lead the overall brand presence within the automotive enthusiast community 

    o Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company growth objectives 

    o Gather and analyze voice-of-customer feedback to shape marketing initiatives, messaging, customer experience, and future brand direction 

    o Translate customer insights into actionable marketing and community engagement plans 

    o Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels and touchpoints

Brand & Community Development

    o Serve as a public-facing ambassador for the brand within the automotive enthusiast community

    o Build and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

    o Develop relationships with car clubs, influencers, shops, event organizers, and industry partners

    o Represent the brand at car shows, enthusiast events, trade shows, and weekend activations

Events & Experiential Marketing

    o Plan, coordinate, and execute automotive events, including weekend car shows and community activations

    o Manage event logistics, setup, staffing, promotional materials, and post-event reporting

    o Create memorable brand experiences that strengthen customer loyalty and engagement

Social Media & Content Management

    o Own and manage the company's social media presence across key platforms

    o Develop engaging automotive-focused content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and event coverage

    o Monitor trends within car culture and identify opportunities for brand participation

    o Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on engagement and growth

Website & Digital Presence

    o Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards

    o Coordinate website updates, landing pages, promotional campaigns, and SEO initiatives

    o Collaborate with internal and external creative partners as needed

Training & Education

    o Oversee brand training programs and educational initiatives

    o Manage and support an internal trainer responsible for product and brand education

    o Ensure consistent brand messaging and training standards across all customer touchpoints

Email Marketing Campaign

    o Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy, product launches, and promotional initiatives.

    o Analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and optimize audience segmentation to improve engagement and conversions.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Approximately 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, social media, or experiential marketing

Strong understanding and passion for automotive culture and enthusiast communities

Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging digital content

Experience planning and executing events

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Comfortable working weekends and attending automotive events as needed

Experience with website management platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, or similar) preferred

Photography/video content experience is a plus
