As Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh continues to grow, we are seeking a Loaner Car Coordinator to join our team! The hours for this position are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10 AM-7 PM, Wednesday 9 AM-6 PM, Saturday 9 AM-5 PM.

What does a Loaner Car Coordinator do?

One of the perks of owning a Mercedes-Benz vehicle is the complimentary loaner vehicle that is available for clients to use when their own car is in for service. The ideal candidate for this position will keep the loaner fleet organized, ready and in good condition for our clients.

As a Loaner Car Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate the organization and maintenance of our service loaner car fleet.
  • File accident reports
  • Do general office-type duties like emailing, copying, filing and faxing.
  • Assist the Service team with administrative tasks.

What are the general requirements for a Loaner Car Coordinator?

  • Have a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
