Assistant Manager

Location: Wash Masters – Sherman, TX

Wash Masters is looking for a driven and dependable Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the Site Manager in leading and developing the team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is eager to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day car wash operations.

  • Lead and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service.

  • Train and coach new employees on company standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with Wash Masters’ appearance and dress code standards.

  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across all areas of the property.

  • Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and cash management.

  • Step into the Site Manager’s role as needed during absences.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred (retail, hospitality, or automotive industry experience a plus).

  • Prior Car Wash experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

  • Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Appearance & Grooming Standards:
  • No facial piercings.

  • Tattoos must be appropriate for a professional environment.

  • Hair must be neat and well kept.

  • Beards must be groomed and maintained.

Dress Code:
  • Wash Masters uniform shirt, jacket, and hat (provided).

  • Black pants/shorts with black belt.

  • Black athletic shoes (closed-toe only).
