About Us

Space Spa Car Wash is a fast-growing, family-friendly express tunnel car wash brand proudly owned by DIB Automotive Group and co-located with Yes Auto Fix service centers. Our space-themed branding, unlimited wash memberships, and “quick in & out” customer experience set us apart in the Houston market.
We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Car Wash Manager to lead daily operations, grow memberships, and build a high-performing team.

Position Overview

The Car Wash Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the express tunnel wash, ensuring high-quality service, strong sales performance, and a motivated team.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands both operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day car wash operations

  • Lead, train, and schedule wash attendants

  • Drive unlimited membership sales and retention

  • Ensure equipment functionality and site cleanliness

  • Deliver fast, high-quality wash experiences

  • Monitor labor, chemicals, and operational costs

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally

Qualifications
