Job Description
**Job Responsibilities**
We are looking for a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, handling all inbound and outbound communications from your remote location.
  • Handle all patient correspondence through inbound calls, chats, and emails, and initiate outbound communications with prescribers and patients to resolve inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Process prescription data entry with accuracy and precision, including new patient registrations and refill orders, while maintaining full compliance with HIPAA regulations and company guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve missing or incomplete prescription information through systematic inquiry, interpret medical abbreviations and SIG codes, and address all data entry exceptions to ensure accuracy.
  • Resolve Third Party Rejects by conducting comprehensive reviews, gathering necessary information, implementing corrections, and resubmitting for processing in accordance with individual plan requirements. Communicate with insurers and relevant parties to obtain required information and secure necessary approvals.
  • Provide support to Pharmacists and other team members by identifying operational issues and escalating concerns through appropriate channels to maintain service quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Obtain and maintain an active technician license or certification within the first 90 days of employment and throughout your tenure in this position.
Qualifications
External Basic Qualifications :
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic level PC skills (for example: start up and shut down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents and/or access information on line).
  • Basic Search Engines skills to include opening a browser, typing in URLs in the correct location, using a search engine, bookmarking a site, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and filling out forms online.
  • Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents).
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years of age or older.
