Job description

Providence Staffing is seeking a SLATE CRM Analyst for one of our clients. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and reporting of the Technolutions Slate CRM platform in support of enrollment management, admissions, recruitment, and student lifecycle initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Admissions, Financial Aid, Marketing, IT, and Student Affairs teams to improve data integrity, streamline workflows, and enhance the student experience from inquiry through enrollment.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Slate CRM Administration

  • Configure and maintain Technolutions Slate (forms, portals, workflows, dashboards, queries, rules, and communications).
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

2. Data Management & Reporting

  • Develop advanced queries and reports using Slate tools.
  • Create dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Ensure data accuracy across recruitment and application pipelines.
  • Manage imports, exports, and data troubleshooting.
  • Support forecasting and enrollment analytics.

3. Workflow Automation & Communication

  • Build and manage email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and automated communications.
  • Configure event and application review workflows.
  • Implement automation rules to improve efficiency.

4. Integration & Technical Support

  • Support integrations between Slate and Student Information Systems.
  • Work with IT teams on API integrations and data imports.
  • Test system updates and new features before rollout.

5. Strategic Support

  • Provide reporting and analysis to support enrollment growth.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in CRM governance and planning initiatives.
  • Assist with broader CRM projects when needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Higher Education, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience with Technolutions Slate or similar CRM
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data querying
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with multiple departments

Preferred

  • Experience in higher education admissions or enrollment management
  • Knowledge of Banner, Colleague, Workday, or other SIS systems
  • Understanding of FERPA and data governance
  • Experience with API integrations or automation tools
