This role partners with cross-functional teams to align strategies, simplify processes, and drive transformational change. The manager oversees global projects, ensures compliance with company policies, and supports continuous improvement through effective stakeholder communication and project management. By fostering collaboration and accountability, this position contributes to operational excellence and long-term business success within a dynamic and evolving environment.
About the team:
The team leads process improvement initiatives for Upstream Facility Services, focusing on optimizing tools and equipment management. They oversee supplier relationships, monitor key performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. By partnering with Field Operations, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Safety teams, they align priorities and enhance operational efficiency. The team leverages advanced analytics and AI to support proactive decision-making, cost optimization, and process standardization. Their efforts ensure service quality, cost control, and sustainable improvements across the tools and equipment lifecycle, contributing to the organization’s operational excellence.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance key business functions and achieve organizational goals.
  • Analyze data to assess current performance, identify gaps, and recommend sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on improvement strategies and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.

  • Provide guidance on policies, controls, and best practices to support operational excellence.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of improvement initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
