Role: RPA Business Analyst

Location: Mountain View, CA (onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contarct

Experience: 12 - 16 years

Job Description:

  • Map current state business processes
  • Identify Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and automation opportunities
  • Write business cases and requirements
  • Partner with automation developers and architects to design, build, test and deliver solutions to your customers
  • Use a data driven approach to prioritize requirements and projects you are working on
  • Write UAT plans and lead UAT
  • Drive change management with customers
  • Manage and plan all aspects of your automation projects from ideation to launch
  • Be an automation evangelist and teach teams on how to identify good automation ideas

Your Talents

  • 5-10 years of experience identifying opportunities and writing requirements for software automation using Python, UI Path RPA (Robotic Process Automation),ย Workdoor other automation frameworks
  • 5-10 years of experience usingย Business Process Re-engineering, Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologiesย to create value with fewer resources and less waste
  • Knowledge of Gen AI (ChatGPT, Gemini or Co-pilot) and/or practical experience deploying Gen AI enabled automations
  • Training/certification in RPA/Automation in an Analyst role
  • Proficient at developing intuitive from -> to process maps
  • Previous experience using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Lucidchart and gSuite to document requirements and manage work
  • End-to-end mindset. Systemic thinker who works across boundaries
  • Communicates equally well with leaders, front-line employees and cross-functional groups
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience. Masterโ€™s degree desired.
