  • Work cross-functionally to own and deliver end-to-end business processes (Process Owner accountability), bridging functional silos and ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Drive stage-gating across the organization for new initiatives, process changes, and AI/automation use cases.

  • Align various initiatives and create the roadmap that connects process, technology, and people work streams.

AI, Automation & Real-Time Insights

  • Identify, scope, and oversee delivery of AI-powered process improvements (analyze processes, architect AI solutions, integrate models, monitor and optimize) ensuring solutions are scalable, future-proof, and responsibly governed.
  • Build critical dashboards and scorecards with real-time visibility into process KPIs; create triggers and alerts for data that is outside the norm (e.g., variance from prior baselines).

Stakeholder Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes; present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate daily, weekly, and quarterly with Finance, S&PD, IT, Commercial, Operations, ID&A, Legal, and Communications to drive end-to-end process outcomes.

  • 8-12+ years of progressive experience in Business Process Management, business process re-engineering, transformation, or operational excellence within complex, multi-functional organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end process design and transformation across supply chain, demand planning, route-to-market, commercial execution, finance, and support functions.
  • Experience designing and operationalizing enterprise BPM governance frameworks, including process taxonomies (L1-L5), KPIs, and decision rights.
  • Hands-on experience with process design and modeling tools such as Signavio, Visio, or Bizagi, with strong BPMN fluency.
  • Demonstrated success delivering AI and automation use cases, including RPA, low-code/workflow automation, and AI-augmented process design; ability to translate business problems into automation/AI architectures and govern through stage gates.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, influence, and change leadership in matrixed organizations; able to constructively challenge senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with a bias to action; ability to bring structure to ambiguity and a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Executive-ready communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Experience across multiple consumer and industrial domains (e.g., CPG, retail, healthcare, pharma, tech, automotive, defense) brings breadth of best practices and an agile mindset.
